Who comes when?
Tours of the school are reserved for adults only and can be made before an application is submitted to the school.
Parent interview and classroom observations are scheduled once an application form and fee have been submitted to the school; this visit is also for adults only. It is important for all parents or legal guardians to attend the classroom observation and parent interview.
Please note that the Twos classroom is not open for observations in order to maintain the calm routine of the environment. Parents of applicants to the Twos program will have an opportunity to experience the actual Twos classroom during their child’s visit.
All prospective students are scheduled for a visit to the school before admissions decisions are made. Candidates for the Twos or Preschool programs will be scheduled for a weekend or weekday visit in January or February and should be accompanied by a parent or guardian from whom they are most easily able to separate. Candidates for the Elementary or Middle School program will be scheduled for a visit to BHMS on a regular school day.
