Ann is the Associate Director of the the National Association of Episcopal Schools (NAES), where she develops educational programs and materials for NAES member schools. From 1995 to 2007, she was head of St. Luke’s School in New York City. Ann began her teaching career at Garrison Forest School in Baltimore, Maryland and subsequently served as middle school head at Poly Prep Country Day School and the Chapin School. A past trustee of the New York State Association of Independent Schools (NYSAIS), she has chaired accreditation committees and presented frequently at NYSAIS conferences. Ann holds a B.A. from Middlebury College and an M.Ed. from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She has known BHMS as a bright star in the constellation of Brooklyn independent schools for many years and was happy to join the Board in 2014. Ann serves on the Finance and Investment Committee, the chairs the Audit Committee.
