Brooklyn Heights Montessori School is a diverse community committed to educational excellence, serving students in preschool through grade 8.

The BHMS Library is centrally located on the first floor of the school and it is a space for all members of the community to gather, read, work, learn, and share!

Throughout the school day, the library is primarily a student-space for learning.  Students use the library with classes, small groups, and independently.

Comprised of print and digital materials for Preschool through Middle School, the library’s collection supports the curriculum and classwork, feeds curiosity, and nurtures a love of literature across all subject areas. There is also a Professional Development and Parenting collection for adults in the community.

Every member of the BHMS community has access to our collection and borrowing privileges. Books are circulated for two weeks at a time, and may be renewed as long as there is not a wait list.

Speak with Rebecca Duvall, our Librarian, for a list of our online resources with log-in information.
