Rebecca has been a BHMS parent since 2015, and her twin girls, Jillian and Reagan, are now in 8th grade. Rebecca leads Talent and Organizational Development for NBCUniversal, which includes overseeing the global corporate university, leadership, and pipeline development programs, and employee awareness and educational efforts focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Rebecca holds a B.A. in psychology from Ohio University, an M.S. in personnel and human resource development, and a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) in Chicago. Rebecca joined the board in 2018 and serves on the Committee on Trustees and co-chairs the Strategic Planning Committee.
