
Celadon Whitehurst
Trustee
Celadon has been a BHMS parent since 2020 and has two children at the school. Prior to joining the Board, she served as a BHMS classroom representative and Treasurer for the Parents Association. Recently Celadon has focused on community work, volunteering with Community Help in Park Slope (CHiPS) and serving on the board of a non-profit early childhood center. As an attorney, she advised clients in international trademark, copyright, and counterfeit goods matters at a boutique intellectual property firm and was named a "Rising Star" by New York Metro Super Lawyers. Celadon holds a B.A. in International Studies from Emory University and earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Celadon attended a Montessori school in Atlanta through sixth grade. This is Celadon's third year on the BHMS Board of Trustees.
