Strategic Plan 2026

During the 2025-26 school year, BHMS engaged in a design thinking project that engaged all constituencies in our community to develop our next Strategic Plan. The plan that resulted reaffirms our commitment to deliver an exceptional Montessori education for our students in an ever changing world and challenges us to further expand our reach as a thought leader in the greater education and Montessori communities. Approved by the Board of Trustees in June 2026, the plan charts an exciting future for our school and we are deeply grateful to all who came together in support of its development.
