Eli and his wife, Meera, have been members of the BHMS community since 2014 and are the parents of one BHMS graduate and one current Middle School student. Eli is the Founder of Coppermine Inc. and Coppermine Construction, a real estate development manager and general contractor, respectively. Eli has served as an Adjunct Professor at New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate, Fordham University's Real Estate Institute, and the New York City College of Technology, teaching courses at the associate, undergraduate, and graduate levels and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Columbia University. This is Eli’s fifth year on this Board, where he chairs the Buildings and Grounds Committee and serves on the Finance and Investment Committee.
