Eli has been a BHMS parent since 2014 and has two children at the school. Eli is the Managing Director and Principal of Highpoint Property Group and Callahan Contracting, an owner/developer/operator and builder of residential and mixed-use properties throughout the New York City Metropolitan area and has extensive experience in both the real estate development and construction industries. Eli has served as an Adjunct at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, Fordham University’s Real Estate Institute, and the New York City College of Technology where he has taught courses at the Associate, Bachelor, and Graduate levels. He holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Columbia University. This is Eli’s second year on the Board.
