Eli and his wife, Meera, have been BHMS parents since 2014 with one graduate and one child currently attending the school. Eli is Principal of Coppermine Inc. and Callahan Contracting, an owner/developer/operator and builder of residential and mixed-use properties throughout the New York City Metropolitan area, and has extensive experience in both the real estate development and construction industries. Eli has served as an Adjunct at New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate, Fordham University’s Real Estate Institute, and the New York City College of Technology where he has taught courses at the Associate, Bachelor, and Graduate levels. He holds a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Columbia University. This is Eli’s fourth year on the Board, where he chairs the Buildings and Grounds Committee and serves on the Finance and Investment Committee.
