Keia has been a BHMS parent since 2023, and her daughter, Emmie, is now in kindergarten. Before joining the Board in 2026, Keia served as a classroom representative and co-chaired the Peace Education Parent & Caregiver Committee. Professionally, Keia is the Chief Digital Officer at Brooklyn Sports & Entertainment, where she leads technology, digital, and data across the company's portfolio of brands. Her earlier career spans financial services, law, and government, including leading digital experience at MassMutual and serving as chief of staff to the Deputy Secretary at the U.S. Department of Education. She began her legal career as a litigation associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Keia is a graduate of Harvard University and earned a JD/MBA from Stanford University. She lives in Park Slope with her family and can often be found at Barclays Center cheering on the Brooklyn Nets and New York Liberty.
