Leland and his wife, Brittany, have two sons—Essex and Halen—who are in 4th grade and Kindergarten, respectively. He is the co-founder of COLLINS, a brand consultancy with offices in New York and San Francisco, and serves as Managing Director of the venture capital firm Kelmhurst. From 2016 to 2021, Leland led Chobani as its first Chief Brand Officer. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
