Micaela Almeda

This is Micaela's fifth year at BHMS. She has been teaching Montessori Elementary for over two decades. Micaela has an American Montessori Society credential in Elementary I-II (6-12), a BFA in Graphic Design and Advertising, and an MS in Graphic Communications in Technology Management specializing in Early Childhood curriculum development. Micaela resides along the New York-New Jersey Harbor Estuary and commutes to BHMS by ferry. Outside of BHMS, Micaela loves swimming, cycling, and strolling by the salt marshes of the bird sanctuary behind Lady Liberty.
