Micaela Almeda-Wiegner

This is Micaela's sixth year at BHMS. She has been teaching Montessori Elementary for over two decades. Micaela has an American Montessori Society credential in Elementary I-II (6-12), a BFA in Graphic Design and Advertising, an MS in Graphic Communications in Technology Management specializing in Early Childhood curriculum development, and most recently, an AMS Montessori Inclusive Endorsement (MIE). Micaela resides along the New York-New Jersey Harbor Estuary and commutes to BHMS by ferry. Outside of BHMS, Micaela loves swimming, cycling, and strolling by the salt marshes of the bird sanctuary behind Lady Liberty.
